Ana Paula González

Biography

Ana Paula González is Investment Manager at New Ventures México (NVM), leading the Strategy and Business Development area, which generates pipeline for the investment fund and acceleration programs, builds capabilities of social and environmental SMEs, and provides technical assistance for portfolio companies. Previous to joining NVM, Ms. González was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Mexico City, where she supported clients on such key issues as new markets entry strategy, go-to-market strategies, organizational restructuring, and operational improvement initiatives. Ms. González also worked with national and international private equity funds, supporting investment decisions and participating in the execution of exit strategies. Ms. González holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she was the recipient of the Nathan Gantcher Prize for Social Enterprise and graduated with honors; and a Bachelor in International Business with honors from Tec de Monterrey.
