Chief Executive Officer, Engineers Without Borders Canada
Boris Martin is the CEO of Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Canada. He lived and worked with farmers in rural Burkina Faso and Ghana for three years between 2007 and 2010, where he led a team supporting the adaptive capacity of farmer organizations. In 2013, he joined EWB Canada's Toronto-based executive team as Vice President of Strategy and Investment, where he led innovation on EWB's organizational model and facilitated cross-functional integration and organizational development. Boris holds a PhD in engineering from McMaster University and a Graduate Diploma in Social Innovation at the University of Waterloo.
