CEOChunHui Bo Ai Childrens's Foundation
As of few days ago in March, Cindy S. Lin was still Greater China Deputy President for PepsiCo Beverages. The 2014 Skoll World Forum opens a new chapter for her as she starts April 7 as CEO for Chun Hui Bo Ai Children's Foundation in China. Together with its sister international organization Half the Sky Foundation, CHBA is serving thousands of orphans everyday through programs running in more than 400 orphanages across China, 1,700 full-time staff (mostly local Chinese), and 4,000 international volunteers. For almost 20 years Cindy delivered standout business and people results in general management, sales, and marketing with PepsiCo and Proctor & Gamble in China, Taiwan, and the U.S. She has served on various not-for-profit boards such as the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California and Taipei American Chamber of Commerce. She looks forward to applying her rich corporate experiences to take CHBA to the next level.
