Biography
I worked as the Director of Technology at iEARN - an educational not-for-profit organization in New York City. I led the strategic formulation and implementation of a largescale online interactive platform for teacher professional development. During the development of this platform, I facilitated relationships between government officials, officials from the ministries of education from various countries such as Jordan, Argentina, Netherlands, Senegal etc., teachers from across 140 countries and Clevel executives from my organization. This involved negotiating requirements, organizing communications between representatives across conflict oriented countries and balancing the priorities of teachers and students across 140 countries with drastically diverse access to technology. My responsibilities also included coordinating and managing budgets, vendors and multifaceted teams, setting hiring and firing practices, and leading complex projects to timely and successful completion.
