Devon has a background in program design and implementation, fundraising, and consulting with international mission-driven organizations. At Tendrel, Devon leads community engagement, development of boards, organizational infrastructure and partnership building. Prior to Tendrel, Devon worked as a strategy management consultant for impact organizations, Devon worked with high impact clients to solve growth challenges. Previously, she has worked for organizations including Foundation for Sustainable Development, Taproot Foundation, Schaffer&Combs, Not for Sale, Global Exchange, and the International Development Exchange (IDEX). Devon’s passion for community and international development began with global travels at a young age, and further developed at the University of San Francisco, where she studied human rights and education. Devon holds an MA in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and completed her fieldwork in Mexico at a youth-serving education organization. Originally from the Bay Area, Devon is passionate about connecting people, and working with changemakers globally.
