Joe is Head of Operations at REAL Frontiers / Homeless International, a community development finance institution providing 'start up to self reliant financing and support for BOP focused urban housing and infrastructure enterprises. RF/HI’s support comprises capital and capacity financing, technical and organisational development. Joe is a Quantity Surveyor by profession with extensive experience in social housing, property development and development finance. Prior to joining HI, Joe owned and managed the Lodestar Group of Companies and served on the board of Yeast Housing, South Africa. Before that Joe was the Development Director for Places for People, UK, involved in social housing in throughout the United Kingdom, Europe and Bosnia.
