Biography

Kimberly Dasher Tripp is an advisor to high-impact organizations in her role as Principal of KDT Consulting. She was most recently a Principal on the Portfolio Team of the Skoll Foundation, where her work focused on developing funding opportunities to drive large-scale change, managing relationships with social entrepreneurs and the networks that surround and support them, and providing strategic and leadership advice to scaling organizations. She partnered with twenty-six of Skoll’s grantees over her five-year tenure and has advised on issues of scaling, governance, leadership and talent, strategic planning, development strategy and impact measurement. Kimberly’s previous experience included nonprofit, international work and for-profit marketing. Kimberly holds a MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley, where she serves on the alumni board of the Center for Responsible Business, and graduated with a BA in politics from Princeton University.
