I’ve been an investor in Sustainability focused strategies for almost 15 years now, principally via public equities. Prior to that a long career focused on utilities and essential infrastructure. I have a BS in Ecology, Ethology and Evolution, which is not a typical fund manager qualifier! But the overlap on the science of ecology and economics are significant, I’m fascinated by the intersections of core environmental and trade policies and radiating impacts across the natural world, society and industry.
My personal passion topic is illegal poaching and animal trafficking, an area in crisis which I believe is under-served in policy.
