Biography

Natalie Alhonte is an associate director with the Council's Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center.

Natalie has seven years experience in strategic communications with a Latin America focus. This includes over four years at CLS and Associates in which she managed projects ranging from energy in Peru to political campaigns in Venezuela and Colombia while also providing overall guidance to a variety of global projects as well as new business opportunities. She has also as a co-founder of an initiative of Arianna Huffington (Ignite Good) to motivate the millennial generation to serve as a catalyst for social impact and launched an impressive campaign in collaboration with the Huffington Post. Most recently Natalie worked for FSB communications managing the global news bureau for the Brazilian Government in advance of the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympics.

Natalie is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and is a graduate of American University.
