Biography
Natalya is a practitioner in international development, specialising in agricultural value chain programme management, civil society and governance. She was pivotal in the youth development scene in Singapore, spearheading numerous youth engagement programmes. Natalya has spent the last 10 years travelling and working with various NGOs across Asia Pacific, North and South America. A political science graduate from the National University of Singapore, Natalya most recently spent 2 years in Afghanistan with the Aga Khan Foundation supporting the multi-sectoral Rural Development team. Currently Natalya uses her experiences as an international development practitioner to influence philanthropic giving in Singapore. She was involved in the establishment of Cassia Foundation in Singapore, she currently manages their due diligence and grant management processes. Cassia Foundation supports visionary leaders committed to serving the world’s most vulnerable populations.
