Rachael joined Citi in October 2012 to lead community development in the EMEA region.
Prior to joining Citi, Rachael was at Barclays for 16 years. Most recently she was Head of Global Community Investment, responsible for development and delivery of Barclays global community investment strategy and management of major community partnerships around the world. Rachael was also responsible for the establishment and leadership of a social innovation facility within Barclays to promote development of products and services that have a social impact.
Rachael holds a first class honours degree from the University of Manchester. She is also an Aspen Institute First Mover Fellow and was nominated as one of Devex's Top 40 Under 40 leaders in development in 2011.
