Rebecca is the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Programme Manager at the Vitol Foundation, where she also previously managed the Health portfolio. She has experience of working in the Development sector in Latin America, Uganda and from the UK. Prior to joining the Vitol Foundation in 2012, Rebecca received an MPhil in Environment, Society and Development from Cambridge University.
