Our mission is to accelerate the impact of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs by uniting them with essential partners in a collaborative pursuit of learning, leverage, and large-scale social change.
The Skoll World Forum Registration Assistant has an important function on our team and will work with the community. The registration team serves as the external point of contact for all incoming inquiries – from general Forum questions to specific invitation elements – leading up to the annual convening held in Oxford, England from April 8-13, 2019. This 8-month contract role from September 2018 to mid-April 2019 will support the Foundation’s Community and Convenings team to provide accurate data collection, update activity for contacts, smooth internal coordination of Skoll Week invitations, and customized user experience journeys for various segments of the international community.
The Registration Assistant will execute invitation activities leading up to the Skoll World Forum, travel to Oxford from April 5-13, 2019 to assist with onsite data needs during the event, and support the Community Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient outcomes for external and internal audiences. This role will interface heavily with all Skoll Foundation teams and the ~1,200 delegates attending the Skoll World Forum.
