Biography
Brigitte Hoyer Gosselink is Director, AI & Social Impact at Google, where she leads initiatives that leverage emerging technologies and Google’s expertise to address global challenges. She is particularly focused on the opportunity responsible AI can offer to advance social impact goals, working alongside Google’s AI research teams and external partners. She spent the last decade at Google.org, she funded and enabled organizations to responsibly bring the benefits of technology to the issues and communities they serve – working on AI for social good, climate, crisis response, education, disabilities, and more.
Prior to joining Google, Brigitte’s career spanned the social and public sector to deliver innovative approaches through work at The Bridgespan Group, the U.S. Agency for International Development and IRD. She has an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
