Domoina Rambeloarison

Biography

Domoina is a Venture Success Partner at Rippleworks, where she supports ventures with better leveraging services to amplify their capacity to deliver greater impact. Previously, she managed a portfolio tackling some of the toughest operational challenges for social ventures in sectors like financial inclusion, education, and health.
Prior to Rippleworks, Domoina worked with the Lucie and André Chagnon Foundation on social finance investments. She also led a US$10M partnership with the Mastercard Foundation to support education SMEs and entrepreneurs in West Africa. Her expertise spans global development operations, strategic partnerships, and project management, with key roles at the World Bank Group. There, she helped launch an innovative challenge fund for disruptive technologies for development and managed social entrepreneurship projects around the globe, with an eye toward transformative impact.
