Charlotte Ntim is currently pursuing her MBA at the Saïd Business School. Prior to starting the MBA at Oxford, she worked with Montreal-based ALDO group, as a project lead for international digital projects in over 70 franchise countries. Most recently, she was a Business Development Fellow with the Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology in her home country, Ghana. Charlotte holds a B.A. in Economics and International Development from McGill University. She is passionate about consumer retail and sustainable business development in emerging markets.
