As a Program Manager, Kathara Green supports both the Community & Convenings and the Portfolio & Investments teams. In this role, she curates sessions and programming for the Skoll World Forum, as well as contributes to portfolio intelligence and pipeline research. Prior to joining the Skoll Foundation, Kathara led programming for the Net Impact Conference, as well as worked on Net Impact's year round online learning. She has also worked for the Asian University for Women in Bangladesh, State Department, Millennium Challenge Corporation, and Women for Women International.
Kathara graduated from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where she focused on international development and gender. When she's not working, she loves to travel, recently sailing through the Panama Canal and onto the Galapagos with her family.
