Alexandra is responsible for growing and supporting Montpelier Foundation's portfolio of grants, investments and loans. The portfolio is made up of social enterprises, NGOs, charities and businesses that contribute to the objective of poverty alleviation by creating opportunities and empowering disadvantaged people around the world. Montpelier Foundation looks for innovative business models, products, services and financial structures to drive the change it seeks. Investment decisions are driven by the use of evidence to measure impact and inform and improve operating models. Previously Alexandra worked with Grameen Foundation in the Philippines and in the banking sector in Australia.
