Ana Pantelic, PhD is an experienced international development professional working at the intersection of systems change, social innovation, and economic opportunity. She is the Chief Strategy Officer of Fundación Capital (recipient of the 2014 Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship), responsible for spearheading impact and innovation processes, managing global external relations, and guiding organizational strategy. She has experience advising national governments and key stakeholders, founding and scaling a successful innovation start-up with proven social impact, and leading organizations as an intrapreneur and strategist. Specializing in poverty reduction through the lens of finance, she has developed hybrid solutions that effectively connect the public, private, and civil society sectors (including social protection systems, digital financial services, and social entrepreneurs) to achieve impact at scale. Ana is a published researcher and prolific lecturer who has spoken at conferences and universities in fifteen countries. She is fluent in three languages and holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Belgrade in Serbia.
