Ashok Reddy

Biography

Ashok is a co-founder and Partner of Unreasonable Capital, a for-profit investment fund focused on supporting enterprises in emerging markets solving significant social and environmental challenges. The Fund is closely aligned with the Unreasonable Group and Unreasonable Institute family of companies, based in the United States, Mexico, Uganda, and launching lab programs in France, Ghana, India, Japan, Morocco, and New Zealand in 2015.

Ashok’s background includes 10 years of private equity investing in entrepreneur-driven enterprises, including more than 25 completed transactions with over $2.5 billion of transaction value. Prior to co-founding Unreasonable Capital, he was the Director of Operations with Excellere Partners, and a Vice President with The Riverside Company. Both are top-performing funds that partner with entrepreneurs to build and scale companies in healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and consumer products & services. Ashok spends the majority of his time evaluating new investment opportunities and working closely with entrepreneurs on organizational strategy, operations, and growth.
