Drew spearheads the World Bank’s Development Marketplace. The DM’s goal is to strengthen the organizational capacity of enterprises that deliver essential last mile services to marginalized populations across the globe. Drew works across the WB Group to provide innovative financial solutions to emerging social enterprises. He was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Third Sector Capital Partners, a leading advisor on such innovative financings as the Social Impact Bonds. Having worked for several major global financial institutions he has extensive experience across the capital spectrum. At Credit Suisse he headed the bank’s corporate finance business for Latin America, and at ING he was a Managing Director, Information, Technology and Telecommunications where he focused on financing and investing in early stage ventures. Drew’s direct management experience includes President & CEO of a social venture enterprise and the CFO of a web-based financial services company.
