Elan Emanuel

Biography

Elan Emanuel is responsible for building a portfolio of social impact investors to launch WaterEquity funds and accelerate our impact addressing the global water crisis.

Elan has more than a decade of experience in international development and excels at forging long-term strategic & public-private partnerships. Previously, Elan launched a successful global cocoa program at Fair Trade USA harnessing market-driven forces for rural development. Elan also has extensive experience in the legal sector, domestically for Hanson Bridgett LLC, and internationally for the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the Sierra Leone Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Elan holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
