Founder and Chair, Partnership for Change
Founder of Partnership for Change. She serves at the board of a number of organizations promoting social innovation, developing sustainable business in challenged countries, and meeting climate challenges, and at the advisory board of the Oslo Center for Peace and Human Rights, the Sahara Forest Project.
Partnership for Change aims at enabling local communities to become resilient communities and change making pioneers. PfC has social innovation projects in Myanmar, Ethiopia and South Sudan, and also aims at inspiring change through active partnerships, creating arenas for knowledge development and sharing.
With an MsC from the Norwegian School of Economics and an MBA from UC Berkeley, a background from McKinsey & Co and Venture Capital, she has focused entirely on social business and venture philanthropy for the past 25 years. She introduced the Montessori School system in Norway and has established several social enteprises. She serves at the board private impact companies, and is deputy chair of the leading think tank in Norway, Civita. Ingrid is an active impact investor, and a member of Toniic.
