Juliet Asante is an award winning Film Maker, Entrepreneur and Activist. She is the founder of Eagle Productions ltd, a Media Production, Communications and Consulting company and Save Our Women Int. that focuses on girl education and health. Her experience and network across the continent of Africa for over a decade, makes her a much sort after consultant and partner for both international and local interests.
Juliet served on the World Economic Council’s Global Agenda Council on Entertainment and has written and directed some of the longest running shows on Ghana Television. Juliet is a blogger for the Huffington Post, an Aspen global leadership fellow, a Legatum Institute fellow, and a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School. She presently mentors entrepreneurs at the MIT legatum center, who are looking to enter a developing market. Her latest product, Mobilefliks, focuses on using the mobile phone as an opportunity for economic opportunity and education in Africa.
