I am a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is also a graduate of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I have more than 18 years of finance experience with multinational corporations based in India and the U.S. As the CFO of d.light, am responsible for company's business planning and analysis across the globe, including corporate strategy, fundraising and reporting. Previously I served as CFO of K12 Techno Services, one of the leading education companies in India. For about a decade, have worked with the IT services subsidiary of Indian multinational corporation Larsen & Toubro in India and the U.S.
