Lesa Mitchell has over twenty-five years of leadership experience in enterprise technology, product management, product licensing and mergers and acquisitions. Lesa works with CEO’s of for profit and not for profit firms to support scaling their business models.
For the prior ten years, Lesa was Vice President at the Kauffman Foundation. At Kauffman, Lesa designed and implemented initiatives to create economic growth in life sciences, technology, hardware and energy. She was instrumental in the startup and scaling of Faster Cures, Charite Summit, Startup Weekend, Code for America, MakerFaire, Urban Manufacturing Alliance, Astia, Women2.0 and Startup America Partnership.
Lesa serves on the boards of Modern Meadow, Humin, Kairos Society, Neighborly, CapLinked and the Althea Foundation. She also serves as a Senior Advisor to the Milken Institute and a Partner at Merian Ventures.
