Biography

Lisa is the Program Officer for global marine fisheries program of at the Foundation, which uses sustainable market supply and demand side strategies to transition the world toward well managed fishing and fish farming practices. She leads strategy development, implements market transformation strategies on sustainable seafood, develops and grows partnerships with grantees, business, and supports organizational effectiveness initiatives for NGOs. She is also leading expansion efforts on fisheries and seafood work into Asia and is exploring the role of transition financing for fisheries recovery and sustainable seafood value chains. Lisa brings 20 years of experience in strategy, organizational development and performance management, capacity-building, fundraising, conservation and research through her work with Borders Group, Inc., Deloitte Consulting, Goldman Sachs, and The Nature Conservancy, the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.
