Lucy has worked in advocacy and campaigning for 20 years. She was part of the core team that set up DATA and The ONE Campaign to change government policy and increase resources to combat extreme poverty. She also helped establish (RED), which raises money from the private sector to fund HIV medication for people that cannot afford it. She has lived and worked in Zambia, and has a BSc and MSc from the London School of Economics.
