Biography
Nancy Ward is Chief Engagement Officer for the World Justice Project (WJP) where she is responsible for building and strengthening the WJP's global network of change agents; leading the planning and implementation of international events; and overseeing the incubation, activation and outreach efforts for programs that advance the rule of law around the world. WJP’s Engagement initiatives focus on developing a higher level of awareness about rule of law challenges around the world and incubating practical programs at the community level to mitigate them. Prior to joining the WJP in 2008, Nancy worked for WJP Founder William H. Neukom at the global law firm of K&L Gates. A professional event producer and project manager with over 20 years of experience, she has also worked for the United Nations Foundation, the Carnegie Commission on Preventing Deadly Conflict, and Women in International Security. Nancy has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN.
