Nate Morris is the Founder and Chairman of Morris Industries, a privately held industrial group headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky focused on long-term holdings. A social entrepreneur, Morris is the co-founder of Rubicon Global, North America’s leading provider of sustainable waste and recycling services. Morris currently serves as CEO and Director, overseeing all aspects of the company. Rubicon Global utilizes a technology platform and Big Data analytics to reducecost, improve efficiency, empower small business owners and divert waste from landfills through recycling.
Morris is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics and is a Trustee of the General George Patton Museum and Center of Leadership. In addition, Morris is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Bluegrass Chapter and the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle and serves on the Enactus USA National Advisory Board.
