Nidhi is a second-generation entrepreneur. Her family owns Royal Group of Companies, a multi-diversified group dealing in Hoteliering, Education, Shipping and Tourism, both in India and the UAE. Most recently she worked for 2 years with Hilton Worldwide in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE) in three departments (Learning & Development, Marketing and Finance) across three HWI brands (Waldorf Astoria, Hilton and DoubleTree).
Nidhi is a champion of education, enjoys working in the hospitality industry and is convinced that at the intersection of these two there is tremendous potential to effect social change. She is on a mission to embed social impact into the DNA of her company.”
