Pagna Ukthaun, MSc., has nearly 10 years combined experience in international trade, business development, supply chain management, and entrepreneurship. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer at WaterSHED Ventures, a social business based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia that specializes in new innovations for water, sanitation, and hygiene.
Pagna started his career with a Fortune 500 company and over the last decade has worked in supply chain development and managed operations for companies across Cambodia and Southeast Asia. Before WaterSHED, Pagna was a Senior Supply Chain Manager for Marks & Spencer's operations in Southeast Asia. He joined WaterSHED as an Indirect Sales Manager overseeing local enterprise development and managing a young Cambodian team in a burgeoning rural sanitation market.
Pagna was awarded the 2015 Chevening scholarship. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Masters in Business Innovation and Creative Entrepreneurship.
