Rahim Kanani serves on the Policy Communications Division of the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC. Prior, he led communications for Lighting Global, the World Bank Group’s platform to support the off-grid solar market, at the International Finance Corporation. Rahim has consulted on strategic communications, digital strategy, media partnerships and public relations for a wide variety of public and private organizations including UNDP, UNHCR, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Global Zero, Malala Fund/Fox Pictures and more. He has served as a leadership contributor to Forbes and Reuters, and while at the Skoll Foundsation, led editorial strategy and partnerships for the Skoll World Forum digital platform.
