Biography

Graduating with a BS in Business in 2007, worked 8 years in the project management field, starting as an intern at CISCO in Silicon Valley, then moving to Lebanon to work on educational, professional and training programs at AMIDEAST. My motive and passion to work for my local community brought me back to my beloved city Tripoli where I managed a business plan competition aiming to support entrepreneurs in northern Lebanon. From June 2012 until present, I am leading Lebanon's office of Ruwwad for Development which is a regional private sector inspired & led organization empowering marginalized communities through a special focus on youth activism, civic engagement and education.
As a result of the diverse background in leading different kind of programs, mainly entrepreneurial, developmental and educational in their foundational phases, I was able to develop a specific interest in tackling social problems from an entrepreneurial perspective with focus on sustainable development.
Activist; Former JCI Tripoli-LOM President; One of the selected youth in the Lebanon's Young leaders of Tomorrow Program (LYLOT); Global Shaper and 2015 elected curator for the Tripoli Hub.
