    Co-Founder, Aspire
    Paul was the co-founder of Aspire, a social enterprise he set up after graduating from Oxford University in 1999. Aspire created full-time employment for homeless and ex-homeless people through a variety of businesses, including a fair-trade gift catalogue.  Paul now heads up Social and Environmental Business development within the SETsquared Partnership, looking  for research and technology that will have significant social or environmental benefit as well as be a sustainable business.  In addition Paul is a member of the DTI's Small Business Council which advises the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry on all small business matters, and is chair of its Finance Interest Group.
