Fail Less, Win More: Important Lessons from the Lean LaunchPad

Back to schedule

Session Description

From Silicon Valley start-ups to corporate enterprises and to social ventures, CEOs and managers are adopting strategies from the Lean LaunchPad. Pioneered by Steve Blank, named ‘Master of Innovation’ by Harvard Business Review, these concepts draw upon insights gained from years of studying how start-ups thrive or fail. This workshop is not about how to write a business plan. Instead, we will explore new techniques that can help you leapfrog traditional business planning for a more agile approach to business modelling, ‘customer’ discovery and teaming that help an enterprise pivot and scale rapidly.
