    Chief Operating Officer, Health Leads
    Sarah Di Troia is the Chief Operating Officer of Health Leads, whose mission is to connect patients to the basic resources they need to be healthy. During her tenure, Health Leads has doubled its impact and embarked on an ambitious earned revenue strategy in partnership with hospital systems. Sarah has spent her career investing in and advising start-up, high growth organizations and loves the combustion of innovation and energy of entrepreneurs. Sarah joins Health Leads after serving on the Board of Directors representing the investment of New Profit, a venture philanthropy fund focused on scaling nonprofit organizations. As a Managing Partner at New Profit, Sarah led investment selection and launched the Pathways Fund, a $50 million philanthropy fund, in partnership with the federal Social Innovation Fund. Sarah has also worked with The Center for Effective Philanthropy and Axxon Capital. Sarah graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
