We are in the midst of an existential crisis and witnessing the exponential shift that comes with this, harnessing the energy of chaos and supporting the direction for the greatest contribution that is needed.
This is impacting the whole of humanity, at the economical, political, industrial, commercial and societal levels. No one will escape or can ignore this call for a new way of living and leading.
There are important questions to be answered in this time, but we cannot rush too quickly to solutions to what is perceived as a problem.

A spectrum of conversations is now needed to represent the voices that must be heard to shift into a new paradigm. All people live on or inside of the corporate supply chain, all people can be included to stand tall in their agency to be catalysts for change.
•For too long leaders have been ‘doing bad things for good reasons’. This has produced a cognitive dissonance, resulting in shame and blame, guilt and penance. A shift is needed to ‘doing good things for good reasons’.
•A crucial shift is our concept of the human being – the people as a burden on our economy to bringing their intelligence and capacity for the system change and being the resources for our future. The crucial shift into activating every persons’ agency is now needed.
