My social and impact company, Solar Fire, just created a solar sauna powered by a simple thermal energy system (https://lytefiresauna.com/en) and… wow that's shaking a pillar of Finnish tradition!!
I take it as a starting point to our discussion. If we compare to other Nordic countries, Finland needs to catch up when it come to social and impact entrepreneurship and define that field of actions were SDG's are at the core of new business models. We need to think and create the new normal, the traditions for the next generations.
In Finland, entrepreneurs need to question their relationship to their business habits and question ways to transition to new business practices. Many processes have started with food, energy, gaming, high tech or health. But it's business as usual. We are missing a common ethics and a vision to define our collective path toward a sustainable and local future.
