Tucker has worked for more than 13 years in international development supporting and leading program management in Vietnam, Guatemala and Afghanistan. As Executive Director, Tucker has led an initiative to revamp the communications and incorporate AI into organizational workflows. He brings private sector experience as co-founder of Noble House Spice and from Rosta Caffe where he has developed and led the successful implementation of the company’s operational strategy for sustainable supply chain management. He has substantial technical capacity, evidenced by his on-the-ground experience ranging from the establishment of ROP operations in Vietnam, which included the research and implementation of various projects in multiple regions; to the research and establishment of successful demo farms in Guatemala; to conducting value chain studies and various impact studies in a variety of roles and countries over the past 10 years. Tucker holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
