Ms. Abrams is a dynamic, results-driven leader with 25 years of experience across private and nonprofit sectors creating global impact and fostering meaningful connections. As Founder & CEO of Color Lens Consulting, Ms. Abrams leads a boutique consultancy that helps companies successfully launch international partnerships and navigate complex public-private sector landscapes. She also brings extensive entrepreneurial experience through her businesses both locally and abroad. Her pride and joy is in owning and operating two restaurants: an upscale Caribbean fusion and fast-casual style in the D.C. area. She thrives on sharing her knowledge bank by serving as an advisor and investor to early-stage start-ups in Africa & Caribbean. An advocate for social impact, Ms. Abrams was an appointee to The U.S. SBA National Women’s Business Council. She finds joy in serving on several board and advisory appointments including: Board of Directors for Black Public Media & MicroLoan Foundation.
