Biography
Adama brings a unique hybrid background in management and cultural studies to his work designing and leading creative institutions focused on building a more equal, just, and free society. As CEO of the Moleskine Foundation, he led the creation of a global network of creative changemakers committed to addressing pressing social and global challenges through creativity, arts, and culture. Adama graduated from the University of Milan and began his career in East Africa, working on rural development before moving to Geneva, where he focused on social innovation with the United Nations. He holds a Master of Public Management from Bocconi School of Management and an MBA from the University of Geneva. He is a curator of cultural programs, public speaker, and writer, with a focus on creative leadership, racial equity, education, and the intersection of creativity, culture, and social change.
