Biography
Liz Chamberlain is a global leader working at the intersection of participatory data, community-led development, and systems change. She currently serves as Deputy Executive Director of the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT), an international nonprofit and global community transforming lives using the power of open data and participatory mapping. Liz leads HOT's global operations and is stewarding the organization's evolution to a blended revenue model. She is a collaborator and thrives on making sense of complexity. She spent time at the World Bank and Lwala Community Alliance, holds an MA in Economics and International Development from Johns Hopkins SAIS and serves on the board of Blood:Water.
