Priya Agrawal is a social entrepreneur rewiring India’s public education system to hold accountability for youth transitions into the workforce. With 103 million Indian youth currently Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET), Priya founded Antarang Foundation in 2013 to bridge the gap between School and Work.
An Ashoka Fellow, Priya leverages a decade of experience in Corporate India and leadership roles at large Indian non profits to drive systemic change. The Antarang Career Education Model has been drafted as national guidelines to institutionalize career guidance within the public high school system.
Under her leadership, Antarang has impacted over 500,000+ students across five states in India, reducing NEET rates to just 16% (vs. the 28.5% national average). By 2030, Antarang aims to enable 10 million young adults enter career pathways that break intergenerational poverty.
