Lisa Valone is passionate about enabling women and girls to have agency to choose the life they desire through control of their reproductive health, pathways to climate and economic resiliency and access to education. Lisa is board chair of MSI Reproductive Choices which provides sexual and reproductive healthcare, access to contraception and abortion services that enable women around the world to choose their own futures. As a member of Women Moving Millions, she leads the International Group which seeks to expand international philanthropy among members. Lisa was a founding member of Mercy Corps’ Women’s Climate Alliance which supported women in climate-vulnerable regions lead advances in adaptive solutions. She has been a board member of Health Equity International, which provides healthcare in Haiti, and the 1000 Women Leaders Campaign of the UN’s Women Peace and Humanitarian Fund.
