Freddy Nkosi is a seasoned global health leader with a proven track record of driving impact in complex environments. Serving as Senior Director, West and Central Africa at VillageReach since April 2024, Freddy oversees strategic initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes in the region. He is also currently the Acting Vice President, Partnerships and Impact.
Freddy has extensive experience in the development sector having worked with organizations like Mott MacDonald and international NGOs, developing deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, governance and program management.
Freddy holds an MBA and certifications in management, project management and monitoring and evaluation. He served on the Gavi CSO Constituency Steering Committee between 2019 – 2021, contributing to global health governance and demonstrating his commitment to collaboration.
