Ifeanyi Perry is the Chief Executive Officer of West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE), where she leads the organisation’s strategy to reduce youth unemployment and strengthen workforce readiness across Nigeria and the wider West African region. With over a decade of experience in research, programme development, and organisational leadership, she brings a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, systems thinking, and values-driven management.
Her broader career spans non-profit organisations, academic institutions, and policy research bodies, with a focus on improving livelihoods and enhancing human capital development. A Laureate of the 2019 CODESRIA Democratic Institute, she holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminology and Penology, a Master of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.
Ifeanyi is passionate about youth development, mental well-being, and building systems that enable sustainable social and economic progress.
