Jess is the Executive Director of Maremoto, which builds a world where Latinos take charge of our lives through unified power in politics, media, and culture. She is the co-owner and founder of Latino Media Network, an audio focused media company for Latinos with radio stations around the country, with one of the largest capital raises for a Latina-owned startup in history. She is a serial entrepreneur, co-founding Care in Action, Families Belong Together, Supermajority, and Poderistas. Jess also advises trailblazing presidential campaigns, serving as a staffer and advisor for President Obama, Secretary Clinton and Vice President Harris. She has been recognized many times for her work, including as a Time 100 Next Honoree, Entrepreneur’s 100 Women of Influence, and on many lists as one of the countries leading Latina leaders.
