Cristina Castellan is the Director of Leadership Development at the Lemann Foundation. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP), an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is a Fundação Estudar fellow.
She has been at Fundação Lemann since 2017, where she has led some of Brazil’s largest philanthropic initiatives in partnership with more than 40 major international organizations, including Google, Omidyar Network, and Co-Impact.
Prior to joining the Lemann Foundation, she began her career in the financial sector, working at Verde Asset and Credit Suisse.
