Biography
Armine Afeyan is a first-generation American with Armenian and Swedish nationalities. She is the CEO of the Aurora Humanitarian Initiative, which celebrates and funds grassroots humanitarians who have collectively impacted the lives of tens of millions. Prior to Aurora, Armine scaled consumer-oriented technology companies, most recently Wayfair, where she led businesses in London and Boston. She holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA from INSEAD. She proudly serves on the boards of organizations advancing refugee resettlement, philanthropy, Armenian advocacy and girls’ education. Armine lives in Washington, DC with her husband.
